Chinese Toddler knocked over

Just curious, but I didn't really have much option rather than but watch this. It was on the this morning at 7am, whilst I was having a coffee in the local, I was still half alseep, and was waiting for highlights of the Barca game.
Was it shown on RTE or BBC?

As I said, just curious
