See St Michael's hit the net in 14 seconds against Omagh. Last night the Academy scored a goal in 16 seconds. Great week of MacRory football. http://tinyurl.com/7xx6u7a

And here's the main action at the other end of the game, a point-blank save by the St Michael's goalkeeper in the dying minutes when there were just 2 points between the teams.. a match-winning save by Paddy Sweeney - http://tinyurl.com/7qq9k6u

Mark Harte 'couldn't be prouder' of St Pat's Armagh after beating the Academy - see Mark, a chip off the old block, and Conor White here - http://tinyurl.com/779wkkt

Final score in tonights game St Colmans 0  - 17 St Marys 0  -06 Very handy win for College tonight . 1 st time i was ever at a game and heard the tannoy saying the College fans would be held back for 10 mins after the St Marys fans . Thought i was at a Celtic Rangers game , silly stuff for what seemed to be harmless banter

That St Colemans crowd are at it all the time, this is not the first time they have been involved with opposition fans.

just because  they support their school vociferously doesn't mean they are being intimidating. St Colman's students have always supported their team loudly i was a student in the 80's and remember with fondness our clashes with St Pats  Maghera. You were obviously never a student at the college. i can see how jealousy could arise after all we are the most successful school in Ulster and second in Ireland.

I was at the game and to be honest both sets of supporters really got behind their teams and i couldnt see anything wrong with it at all . Man on the tannoy seemed to like to hear his own voice because he had something to say every few minutes

The enthusiasm of youth is a lifeblood for the GAA and vociferous shouting and support is a light-year away from violence. It is a disgrace that people come on here to slander enthusiastic supporters with no basis at all. Not one complaint has been made to authorities. At the very least people should attend a game before making up accusations which are intended to do nothing more than propagate a myth.

NP76, was the game as one-sided as the scoreline suggests?

NP 76

Yes very one sided Paul Colmans never looked in trouble and didnt relly get enough out of Jack Haughey or Jordan Fegan who were both quiet . College had 3 goal chances just after half time which went narrowly wide and also one disallowed . Ryan Johnson full forward and hit 4 super point with his left boot . Now the Abbey celebrations in Newry before christmas look even more silly than they did that night as yet again only one team in Newry march on.
