Four 'super injunctions' in Northern Ireland    
The North Antrim MLA said he hoped the information "may stimulate some necessary debate" on the issue.

"The mystery and secrecy surrounding injunctive relief is generally not healthy, nor does it sit comfortably with the transparency expectations of a modern society," Mr Allister said. "Thus, establishing that there have been four 'super injunctions' in Northern Ireland contributes in a small way to redressing the balance of secrecy."

It's not even a super injunction he has but an 'anonymity order' which as I understand it only bars the people involved in the enquiry from naming him. The ranks of SDLP members and media who know about it have no such excuse. Co-coincidently the whole thing came to light at the same time as the Mairia Cahill - Gerry Adams media storm. No prizes for guessing why it's being hushed-up.
