I downloaded this this evening, after a scan it identified 118 problems but cannot fix them as I need administrator access?? or be able to run the scan again as an administrator.  Anyone know what I can do?  This is just a home laptop.

try right clicking on the file you want to run, and in the menu that comes up there should be "Run as Administrator" option.

well based on the above posts and the small fact that it is free i might just download it here....have had enuf provs with this laptop to do me a lifetime so better to have all problems covered

any links to a safe download or does a google search surfice???

Does it matter which one el cuevrvo??? spybot doctor or the search and destry one?

The reviews of it weren't great. Cnet is a handy website for loads of those different pc clean up programs.

The "false positives" bit concerned me a bit. Having to scroll down a list of results would do my head in
