Nah it's probably just a typo.  ;)

No Tasker in the Armagh team - that's a surprise condidering his form for Cullyhanna last year. What's wrong with Tony Donnelly - did he not captain this team at minor level?

This is a very young u21 team but considering the quality of management and players i am confident they will do very well this year.

Apparently Tasker declined to be involved. Would have been a certain starter.

Donnelly and Stephen Sheridan were both starters last year, but seem to have failed to make even the panel this time round. Perhaps there are injuries or something involved there?

Looks a decent team on paper, with more than half underage again next year, but U21 level is very unpredictable. In the last few years I've seen Armagh teams that nothing was expected of thrive, and teams that were expected to go far fall at the first hurdle.

Not sure if it's the same man but your memory of the incident is the wrong way round. Canavan knocked the ball up to McLaughlin who then put it over. I know I'm being pedantic but it still hurts ;)

Edit: Re Tasker above is there not issues around a suspension from club/county? Heard from an uncle from S Armagh that's he's a bit of a pup (not stating fact here just hearsay so to be taken with a pinch of salt!)

James Morgan and Jamie Clarke are both missing - very disappointing that Cross will not release them (at least I am presuming they wouldn't release them). Fairly typical though

Cross have an all ireland final tomorrow week, wouldnt blame them for not playing

Jamie Clarke is too old! Not surprised Morgan wasn't released!

Shaun McLaughlin is from Buncrana in Donegal.

McAlinden was trying to force the issue with James Morgan, he tried the same before when he was senior manager with Oisin and the Twins and was put in his box then too!  Tasker is States bound and by all accounts is not interested in the effort to be a real footballer.  It's a shame really but better to know now that waiting for him to develop over the years and getting frustrated at his lack of development.

Decent looking Armagh side.  Murnin would need to regain his minor form as he hasn't really pushed on the way he should have.
