My predictions

Senior Football Championship

Ballinascreen Vs Bellaghy
Lavey Vs Glen
Ballinderry Vs Claudy
Greenlough Vs Glenullin
Coleraine Vs Magherafelt
Swatragh Vs Slaughtneil
Kilrea Vs Dungiven
Loup Vs Banagher

Coleraine Vs Magherafelt is  definitely the tie of the round. Very close to call and still a lot of football to be played yet. But my early instinct would be with Coleraine - Especially with no county players this year and their recent championship history.

Are Coleraine not missing a few from last years defeat to the screen?

Mainly black cards against 'Screen last year. Maybe one of the McGoldricks got a red near the end. Can't remember. Black Saturday aka The Barry Cassidy Show.

It certainly was black Saturday for football, one of the most boring, defensive and cynical matches of the year.  The cards delivered were deserved.

Well done to the hurdles surely but I feel we need to put this in context before any wild celebrations. Carlow have qualified for the Christy  Ring final which is the tier above our current nicky rackart level. Next year will provide a much more genuine test of where we are at.

Carlow have been a strong side for last 15 years. They border Kilkenny and MLR won the All Ireland club few years back

All Seasons is 100% correct. Well done, of course, but Derry should not really be hurling at this level. More Ulster Senior titles this century than the footballers. Mind you, All Seasons has put a few "hurdles" in the way, which is concerning!!

Reading on the Tyrone thread there about the amount of people that are inside the pitch at league games and I have to agree. Only one manager should be allowed on the touchline, everyone else in the dugout.
I went to Loup and Bellaghy game last night. Loup had 5 "managers" up the line, all roaring instructions onto the pitch. I just cant see how this is even beneficial for them.
Decent game though, with a draw the fair result

They had bother getting 1 and now have 5. Interesting.
