How do you qualify to get into this competition? Can any club enter? Who is in it this year?

DownFanatic

We are going to enter it this year for the first time. We would be a lowly enough Intermediate club in Down so obviously we are heading into the Intermediate section. It basically takes away all the hassle that comes with sorting out friendlies and venues and referees and you are basically guaranteed five pre-season games.

ApresMatch

Darragh Cross have also entered intermediate ulster league.6th of feb start been touted.

KIDDO 4

The Ulster  leagues entry  closes on Monday Jan 10th 2011, with entry 200 euro ,or 170.00 sterling , action commmencing on Sunday Feb 6th ,  for 5 consecutive weeekends,  with the competition  concluding  on March 27th, with the finals in both senior and intermediate grades. Maybe be useful for early season  games , but consider if Killybegs were in your section it would be a long run for Darragh Cross as an example 211 km

ApresMatch

Did ulster league not become regionalised?with for ex Down, Antrim and Armagh teams together?well if we get killybegs we'll just have to make a weekend out of it  :D
