Tommy & Hector - Native American Music

Tommy & Hector play a mad Native American Indian rain dance type music from time to time.  It was on again at the weekend and I have heard them play it before.  I was waiting for them to say who or what it was, and they said it was the new tune by The Corrs.

Has anyone heard this?
Do you know what it is?
Or where I can get it?

Heard them on about it tonight in podcast. One song they used is called 'Tha knot', it's by young grey horse society, or maybe four sheets to the wind. Somewhere to start.
