Anyone else here find these unreal to deal with? Lost a soccer match 3-1 today and played fairly shite. I think I'll pack it in. Don't want to talk to anyone, don't want to see another football as long as I live. It's not like I'm playing at a high level either - mickey mouse stuff. But it still eats at me like nothing else - worse than getting dumped. Think I've watched too many Rocky movies and listened to too many Al Pacino speeches and rousing songs. Also I quit drinking so drowning my sorrows is not an option. Anyone else suffer from similar levels of post-defeat depression? They say it's good to talk about these things.
