Anyone watching the news last night will have seen that the old addage about the leopard and its spots is alive and well as far as the British justice system is concerned.

Yesterdays ruling that no charges could be brought against the PC because the cause of death was not clear is a joke.  OK so Tomlinson got up and walked away but he died shortly after and it is more probable that his death was caused from having his head banged off the pavement.  In any case yer man that pushed him was a right kn**ker.

Hopefully all hell is raised about this. Its an absolute disgrace. The lackey the police got to do the postmortem is under investigation for up to four incompetent postmortems and is at risk of being struck off... The IPCC and their pathologist argued for prosecution. Farcical.

You could write a book on examples of the hashes made by the British Judicial system of late.  Just today I read about how it was a disgrace that the date and venue of Jon Venables hearing for the Child Pornography was made public as it could affect his safety etc.  This view came from his former solicitor, and off the mark a bit I heard on the radio this morning how the Donagh brothers were getting treatment for their illness and how certain people held the view that it was good that they were getting help.  It seems to be the case these days that the law and governing bodies are more interested in helping the perpetrators rather than the victims.
