interesting comment from Morrison about 'line drawn through the past' and Sinn Fein opposition to the old dear visiting the Republic.

Fox why is it interesting?  Danny was in a foreign country, whose heir to the throne was also there.  Had it been in any of Ireland's still-annexed 6 counties then the former would have had a point to squabble.

It was interesting because Danny said about 'drawing a line under the past' regarding the royal family but Sinn Fein's opposition to the visit is all about the past. I actually am against the visit as Ireland is not yet free but Danny's remark contradicted a lot of remarks from Sinn Fein people the last few days.
