heading down south to work for a while, whats the best tariff to be on?

im currently on o2 uk, is there any all ireland tariffs on the go i can switch too?

My dad changed over to Vodafone there last week so he has the NI number but he gets x number of mins to phone landlines in uk or republic and they work both sides of the border, can't remember how much it is but it seemed like a good deal!
