All the senior/minor Quarter finals are confirmed for the July 31st August 1st/2nd (check gaa fixture list) it's  just a option the gaa could do & seeing that the minor venues are still not decided it may happen?

Zero chance. They do this every year. And every year people plan around. And every they change.

There will be one or two minors in Croker but not all of them.
