Very good, that doesn't mean I've read it in detail. Do you read every bill in case you are asked to comment on it? I don't. I only heard about it in recent days and have heard nothing about its contents aside from what has already been mentioned on this thread.

This has been a significant issue of discussion on other sites, but understandably quite a lot of people seem happy to keep it low profile.

Must be a big SF conspiracy on internet discussion sites. Again, I only became aware of it in the past few days and I don't visit any other discussion sites which would tend to prohibit me from reading about this topic on them.
