Seen them settin up a checkpoint with fellas in high vis jackets on the M12 just as you go onto the motorway from portadown/craigavon this morning......Was this the dippers? There was a sign before it saying...'Checkpoint Ahead'....there was no sign of the Constabulary though

Dippers or tax? Tax camera has been flat out all week round Armagh. Lorry and a van pulled in on Northway heading into Portadown there. No polis about.

There was definitely 4 men in high vis jackets and a silver volkswagen passet estate with the red and yellow chevrons on the back of it.

Sounds like dippers. All the kit for testing Fuel is in the estate.
