Clashes more than rivalries.......I can remember the boxing well Ali - Frazer fights, Sugar Ray - Duran, and Benn - Eubank and the clashes between Coe and Ovett were fantastic....Olympic 800 and 1500, McEnroe and Borg matches at wimbledon were classics and the Palmer - Nicklaus major battles are legendary.
