MVG coming to the boil nicely... Dobey collapse. 6-1 back in the World final 👊🎯

Truthsayer

Bunting another English player in awe of Littler... fist bumping and congratulating him for big shots. Can't see MVG at that nonsense...

gallsman

Littler throwing an 11 darter the leg after he should have had another one and ended up losing the leg completely is mental.

Tony Baloney

Some of the opportunities Bunting is missing are criminal.

Overawed by presence of Littler... same as Humphries. Was good up to tonight

I don't think it's that.

I think in the history of darts there's only been 2 dart players capable of averaging 100+ whilst playing below their high standards: Taylor and MvG. Littler looks like he will be the third in this group.

For anyone else to throw a 100+ average over 25-30 legs it requires them to surge to almost perfect levels by their standards. And that's just to give MVG or Littler a game. Some of them can do it occasionally , but none can do it regularly. They all know this too. Unless their eye is perfectly in, they can't win these games.

What we are seeing tonight is just numbers in action.

EDIT: Anderson of course has been throwing ton averages since forever and should be mentioned in this company, even if he has been mostly a bridesmaid to the aforementioned.

Anderson was a natural. Doesn't put in all the practice because family time important to him.

Choosing to throw 180 while on 184. He's a freak.

Do u not think he thought game was gone and hit 180 as morale booster? You're right though, unreal player... don't think MGV will capitulate as badly as Bunting and Humphries.

gallsman

I think he threw it just to chase the crowd reaction to put the max pressure on Bunting, and it worked. But honestly, who even thinks of leaving 4 after throwing the first two T20s.

Tomorrow could be a classic. Pick 'em.

MvG has shown the last few years that he doesn't adapt well to someone throwing big numbers against him at the Ally Pally.

Littler did the same last year v Humphries.

On paper it should be a shoot out with a record number of 12 or less legs. I reckon whoever comes over the set 7 bump in the road will win. Nice noncommittal answer there lol.

Not sure if that's entirely true.

Rydz hit 17 x 180's and averaged just under 104.

He reacted well to that.

Very hard to call the game tomorrow. MVG will try every trick in the book to put Littler off.

Hopefully Littler pulls through.

Look-Up!

Looking forward to the final. Both cruised through their semis but expect fireworks tonight fingers crossed. Hard to call. I don't mind who wins and cases to be made for each. They both can turn it on when pushed but both give chances too. You'd imagine with the quality on show at least one of them will be on song. Slightly favour MVG.
