Like him or loath him, Eric Bristow was instrumental in bringing darts to where it is today. RIP.

I don't think anyone much loathed him. One of the most important darts players of all time. Only 60.

He was everything I thought I should have hated as he was an English, cocky, arrogant bastard yet he was sublime, a character and an iconic figure in a game of precision I admired, RIP Eric, you are a darting legend, second only to the power and a thousand times more likeable, that said you defined your sport and made it what is is today.
Armagh, the one true love of a mans life.

Interesting finish to Grand Slam of Darts, Gerwyn Price a total knob.

Wasn't watching, what did Rambo do?

If ever there was an example of how to get into an opponents head, that was it by Price.

Anderson played the opponent instead of the dart board and paid for it.

bennydorano

He was pretty unrepentant after as well, no handshakes either.

Seany

Anderson is great when it's going his way but just can't take a beating.  I saw him give verbals to Gurney too when he was being beaten by him and Barney too.  I thought his interview about the farting incident was vulgar and very unpleasant.

And why not, he's a millionaire. . Enjoy the wealth that 99% of other professionals in his game never managed to amass playing until their 60s.
