Cheers.

Sister Sarahs is still really good, if your looking for more of a nightclub voodoo is up the street but its very young. The wolfe tone bar is another good Irish bar.

The Wolfe Tone is a typical Traditional Irish bar,is what he meant Mikasas say. Unbelievable amount of Celtic and historical memorabilia on the walls,You could spend a day looking at the walls alone. Also usually good trad bands playing there too.

Voodoo, Sister Sarahs,Milan all good.

Thanks boo jangles. You all knew what I meant! If you are staying over night its a great bar to go to the next day, just to have a look round it. There is some stuff on the walls of the place!

Sister Sarahs is a hole. Was in there over Christmas with 8 of my friends. Total number of people in the place (excluding the one barman)? 9.

McGinleys is a good spot. Always gets a good crowd and they have good live bands playing.
The Cottage is a nice little place.

I second McGinleys, always a good band on there, go upstairs. also from McGinleys to can go out to where the smoking area is and there is small bar there called the Downtown Bar and the DownTown Bar connects into the Voodoo (via the toilets), so 3 bar and you don't have to go far. So it handy for that, Voodoo downstairs is usally packed but there can be a good band on there and they usually play on till  about 2. The Night club of the voodoo is upstairs and if you are into a young crowd and dance music go for it.

You will be some boy lying steaming in Letterkenny Arthur. You may see Dermot Pecker with a pig in each arm.

Give me a shout next weekend. Don't think a night out on the tiles in Waterfoot is worth a hangover though.

This post nails it. Sister Sarahs is what I imagine hell to be like. Wolfe Tone was full of scumbags the last time I was there. Josies, full of auld ones and too large for a decent atmosphere. Voodoo, meat market, 10 vodka and red bull type place. McGinleys something for everyone, decent pub. Central good pub, full of local diehards. Brewery, great pub 8-12 years ago. Cavern, full of hillbillies on crystal meth ;D Cottage good place for an easy going nite or an early pint. Dillions, gone downhill.

Sounds more like a traditional Scottish bar to me, surely an Irish bar would have Donegal football pics.
