Why have Kellogs and other cereal companies stopped giving free toys in box or stamps to collect to get some freebie.

Many a morning was spent excitedly opening a fresh box and pawing through the box before someone else got the "toy", often got the one that seemed to be 3 out of 4 boxes though!

Cornflakes
Rice Krispies
No sugar on either

The toys in the box used to be some job.

Kellogg's Ricicles - Rice Krispies with sugar.  My sister would get those, I'd get Coco Pops.  Hot milk in both mikasas!

My life long favourite is Kellogg's 'Start'.

Never had any free toys but the stickmen doing excercises on the box distracts you from the fact your teeth were falling out.

I always liked Weetabix with sugar and hot milk.

Loved Coco pops and the chocolate milk at the end-yummy, but it had to be with ice cold milk.

The Ultimate Cereal breakfast has to be....

2 weetabix then a heap of cornflakes over them, milk then nuke the whole thing in the microwave.... a tablespoon of sugar then 2 handfuls of frosties over the whole thing... fecking brillant... it would nearly make ya get up at breakfast time just to eat that alone!!
