Ballyboden down the road must have more assets than Croke Park for jaysus sake.  If the GAA had given every club in ulster a share of the 1.6Million along with 250,000 spending money that they gave to the GPA every club would have a few bob to invest and Ulster would not have just one competitive team in hurling.  Of course like the Meath men when ye boys in Armagh want money ye just go for a run on the JCB and bring back the banklink machine.
