This is prob covered before but i fell and am in agony today with the bottom of my back - top of my arse - tail bone i think it is if there is such a thing. Can hardly walk and if try to get up after sitting down its excrutiating. What would ease it off?

Cheers muppet just reading that now - that seems to be it. Though im fine when im sitting down - its terrible though when i try to get up or when i attempt to sit - trying to bend is agony as well.
