Does that mean Ireland have qualified?

Far as I know, the 4 host associations have to qualify from groups, but two places will be reserved for those that don't qualify. Ireland will need at least 2 from England, Wales, Scotland to qualify to be sure of a spot, should we not qualify via group ourselves. So there's still a possibility Ireland could not be playing in Euro 28.
