Well it looks like everyone is going to get the excitment they craved for a long time, this title race is gonna go to the wire with 3 teams battling it out. If Celtic get a good striker (no9) i will expect them to scrape over the line with title run in experience and slighlty better players. This nect two weeks will be the key factor on where the title goes...
Having said all that, when the league is so tight the Scottish Refs can now dictate tight games and Sevco will benefit from these decisions...no doubt in that.

I admire your optimism illdecide.  I have zero confidence in the Board to actually sign anyone never mind a decent striker.  If the manager wins a title with the current squad it would be a minor miracle.

The squad has been downgraded significantly over the past year and the absolute shambles at the top won't change until Desmond and his yes men on the Board are gone.

I hear ya, without signings Celtic will be lucky to finish third. A few good signings will be the difference between winning and losing the title, it's that simple. As of 19th Jan and still nothing it is getting more and more depressing by the hour, every player we are linked too it just doesn't happen. It looks to me that players and their agents just don't want it to happen and there are more lucrative deals elswhere.
As for yesterday the less said about that the better...MON did say after the game that nothing happened in the game to change his mind on fringe players, basically they're as shite as he thought. Celtic are in such a mess...

Hearts away on Sunday too and Bologna away before that, could be a chastening week

not fussed about the europa this season to be honest. Need to beat Hearts on Sunday

20 days into the transfer market, they've known they've needed a striker since August. Any word?

surely europa league should be a priority having won 13/14 of the last league titles.

Might as well set solving middle east situation as a priority, same chances of success this year.

I can't remember where I heard them talking about it, Talksport maybe, but the mentioned Robbie Keane for getting the Celtic job next season as a cert. Has that been talked about? It was the first I heard of it and was curious was it actually a real thing.

Good record on the pitch, his spell in Israel wouldn't go down too well with a lot of the support

That's what I thought. Hard to get the support back on side if it didn't start well

Robbie is a good one. He really enjoyed his Ferencváros beating Rangers in the Europa this season. That would have endeared him to the faithful. He's won the Hungarian League with Ferencváros and has done really well in the Europa this year with them. He knows how to get results in Europe beating Genk away, Salsburg away. Drawing with Fenerbache away and beating Rnagers at home.

He knows the club - you could do worse.

Me too...Seems to know what he's doing and I'd have him no bother.

Big 3-4 days ahead now, usually I'd be quite nervous about tonights game but with everything riding on Sunday v Jambos tonights game has me that wee bit less anxious. Next Thursday v Utrecht is a v winable game and 3pts from that will prob put them thru and I think they're actually worse than Celtic so in with a good chance there.
All eggs in Sunday's basket...Ohh and hopefully another 2-3 signings please.
