Well the boring game is back soon. Will have to listen to all the armchair fans who are x too the core for 9 months now .

Started today. We'll/Us/Them/Youse. After seeing that Mitchell and Webb sketch it was cringable listening to very intelligent people going on in this way.
It's a lot easier to sing karaoke than to sing opera

No of course not. There can be issues of distance, time and cost.I however find it hard to support a team which isn't local to where I am , that I can't attend most of their home games, that I can't met other supports after the match or in town.  That why I've never really gotten into American Football even though I like the code and  have a soft spot for the Steelers. I don't care if the lose and I don't care if they win, like at least in my personal experience the vast majority of soccer fans I've met


p.s I also think if most so called soccer fans had to sit through 90 minutes in a stadium of the dire stuff that is produced week in week out they soon be throwing their jerseys in the bin .
