Man climbs onto wheel attraction  



A man has climbed onto the top of the Belfast Wheel in the grounds of City Hall.

Three fire appliances are at the scene.

The structure offers views across Belfast from a height of 200ft.

There was a bit of an incident outside City Hall today around lunchtime. There is a few caravans parked at the front of City Hall, some protest by Travellers and one of them went beserk today. Could be the same man.
