Maybe not this year but its not to long since Fermanagh (probably the 5th or 6th best team in ulster) were able to beat Cork in the championship. Couldnt see Clare or Waterford ever beating about 7 of the Ulster teams in the championship.

Whats the story with Kerry for Sunday. Who all is definately missing? Will Kennelly start? Will there be many Cork changes from last years team?

Not too long since Kerry played Fermanagh.  That leaves Donegal as the only Ulster county not to have played Kerry in the championship.

Although some claim Kerry have never shown up against Down either (and only once for Tyrone).

Kentucky Blue

yeah, whats the story or speculation coming out of both camps on the injury front?

Fancy Cork for this one myself, or at least with a few points start

Kerry favourites ?

Cork are 2/1 for this as far as I know and I think that is a great price, it will be close but I think Cork will win this one. Kerry can of course never be written off and they had an impressive league but I've a feeling this Cork team is growing into a new footballing superpower and Sunday could be the day they show the rest of the country they mean business. It will be one of the games of the year and I can't wait to see it, I reckon most of the injuries will be cleared up by Sunday and we should see two full strength teams (bar Donaghy) going toe to toe.

Donnellys Hollow

Darragh Ó Sé on the bench for the Kingdom.

Kennelly and Quirke starting at midfield.
There's Seán Brady going in, what dya think Seán?

Far too big given their record as past few years.

Would be great to see Kerry lose and face a wee trip to Armagh or Monaghan on a rainy Saturday instead
of their usual coast into August.

Sour grapes there Son! ;)

I presume Anthony Maher is injured?? Thought he was very impressive in the league.

It will be interesting to see if young Barry John Walsh gets a run out.
