How do you watch live SFC GAA matches on the Net in Middle East?

Im based in Doha Qatar now, 2 ideas ive heard is, setanta show all games online but ive checked there schedule and it doesnt seem to show them, anyone clarify this?

Other Idea is change my ip address to ireland and watch RTE online?

There is an irish pub but i dont think they show games, im only here 2 days but would prefer to watch in my apartment.

Cheers, i watched the fa cup on justin tv, so should work, did not think theyd have GAA though.
