What a result for the "stewart" last night. the mighty island didn't know what hit them. they were expecting to turn up and walk over them but the "stewart" had other ideas.

Handbags at the end clearly showing the island couldn't handle their defeat.

Intermediate, forever a mine field and always good for an upset.

Sean Og Patriots

Rock have a panel of maybe 35 players, think past few weeks training numbers low of approx 15-20.
Played most senior team for the reserve games for "match fitness."
I have always depended on the kindness of strangers. All Ireland Club - 2030.

28th October 1984 would have been the last time the Fianna tasted defeat at Intermediate level before last night. Fintona beat them on that occasion 1-9 to 1-3.
Naomh Eoghan aren't a bad side and Clonoe just about beat them so last night's result probably not a huge shock overall.

Judging my carmen result, it will be another few years before the O'Neill Cup comes 'home'

Duine Inteacht Eile

Gonna be a long year in Derrylaughan by the looks of it.

Derrylaughan not panic - will have big Kennedy back for the crunch games

Stewartstown look like they going to drop from 2 after a hammering by a poor Kildress outfit

Clogher look strong in 3 but Cookstown will win it - Clogher can't even field a Ressie side and the Sizzlers are handing out some big thumpings! Jayo be the Mayor of Cookstown come November - Open top bus for another Div 3 League!!!!

Stewartstown a lot of men missing for last nights game, important not to read too much into it, derrylaughlin struggling big time it's hard to see them retaining their Division 1 status, in saying that pomeroy are struggling also.

Beragh flying at the minute, Moy flying with Conroy firing on all cylinders. Dregish/Newtownstewart beating coalisland maybe we are foolish to think that it's a 3 way shootout!!

Kildress back to winning ways, Drumquin first win in intermediate, Rock no points on the board yet albeit a difficult start, Roes beat aghayarn who will be glad to see the return of McNamee.

Usual story with drumragh are outstanding when they play teams who don't stand up to them, then no balls when it's crunch time!

Good battle between Clogher & Cookstown throughout the season. Should be a good watch!

On another note is there definitely no break.

Do they have the same management as last year or was there a change there?

From talk at the Tyrone game today Cookstown have removed all but 2 players over the age of 30 from their senior WhatsApp group. Their youth is excelling and looks like they will be fast tracked through. Expect them to get out of junior sooner rather than later, will be interesting to see what sort of heights they can reach in the coming years.
