Ryan Mayse scored another 8 points last night, thats 41 points in his last 6 games now, what a prospect.

Knock Yer Mucker In

How Clonoe didn't get one of either of the awards i.e. young player or player of the year award at the Teamtalk awards is mind boggling. We won the senior and u21 championships and couldn't won one of these awards. Fecking joke. Take either Dwayne Quinn or Danny Mc Nulty who won both senior and u21 championship this year, and who were both top performers in both u21 and senior campaigns. Mc Nulty played full forward in both teams and was one of the main players of why we won both. P.J. Lavery has just been sensational from start to finish, destroyed all comers and in the big games against Errigal and Carrickmore delivered big time. Gromley was destroyed against the Moy in the semi and was average at best in the final. Setting Lavery to the side,. I would never have thought of Gromley for the award. Just reaks

thats shocking if no clonoe players won either award  :o

Ruairi Loughran won young player of the year but wasnt good enough to make his way into the team of the year but mickey donaghy, good but not as good as ruairi for carmen this, was able to make it.
Ryan Mayse top scorer in division 3 not even getting a nomination.
Dan McNulty one of the standout performers in the championship this year for clonoe at full forward making a massive difference every game in their run to the championship not getting on the team of the year either.

Some things just dont add up.  >:( >:(

Re Ryan Mayse. He made serious scoring just after the nominations were announced, so I can understand that one.

www.teamtalkmag.com seem to be very snobbish when it comes to Division 3 football. Not a mention of the playoff games from last weekend or the replay tonight.

Their All Stars are also on tonight.

The Teamtalk mag boys could and should never be accused of snobbery. The services they provide to Tyrone GAA should be lauded. Ok, whilst preparing for their big do in Donegal the result might not have been put up on the website but they miss very little and they should be forgiven for one little mishap in a year where they have provided blanket coverage of all aspects of Gaelic games in Tyrone and for that, they should be encouraged and commended.

Well done Teamtalk lads. The awards ceremony which has been revived is another brilliant idea and which has gone down a treat amongst players and supports alike.

Agree with the last few sentiments re TT. They cover schools, youth, ladies, camogie, hurling etc.

Def can't be accused of snobbery.

Great service.

Teamtalkmag provide great coverage no other County has anything that compares! I would say the selection process for the all star awards is flawed, its as simple as get enough people to vote for you and hey presto your an All Star. If you asked a couple of stalwarts from each club you may get a fairer team. In any event there will always be someone who has their nose knocked out of joint and its impossible to please everyone.

Did anyone venture to Killyclogher today Newtownstewart seem to be a stubborn outfit clawed their way back two games in a row and managed to stave off a Clogher comeback today.

The awards will reflect the success of the 6 teams who have won championship & league in the 3 divisions, simple as..likes of Sean cavanagh got an award as he single handedly almost took moy to a co final...they are not a reflection of the 15 best club players in tyrone. Personally I thought Stefan tierney, Jonny lafferty and dan mcnulty were shoe ins...but obviously not enough phone calls/emails were made on their behalf :)
