Childhood memories flying back!
Some spot!
Lived in Killybegs as a teenager, I spent many an evening sweating my arse off on the beach during football training, great memories. Of course I took the beauty of the area for granted when I lived in the area, I plan to go back up there next month when home and show my wife around. |

depending how you look at it... lough derg.... when its 6am and u watch the sun dawn with just the sound of the water is some else...... now in saying that you will be awake 40hrs, no food and have been bare-foot and have the knees cut of you, but it definitely will experienced tranquility.. |

Some spot. Learned to swim here, swam with seals on new years day 1996. It was feckin baltic. Then into killybegs for a good feed of plaice and chips on the way home. |
