It's way over there off the right of the screen because some
haven't the sense to scale their pics. A real gear grinder.

Apologies, I'm not sure how though  :-\

Open it in Paint.
Click "Image" on the menu bar
Select "Stretch/Skew"
Enter a percentage in the Horizontal and Vertical text boxes
(the same number in both to preserve the proportions of the picture).
Experiment until it's a reasonable size.
Save.

Well I'd have assumed if you were going to the trouble of posting a picture, it'd be because you wanted people to see it - not bits of it at a time by scrolling over and back, up and down.

Plus you're doing the courtesy of not forcing every other post on the page off the screen.
