Cringe-inducing stuff. Vance is like the crazy uncle at the dinner table who has a huge gap between what he knows and what he thinks he knows, and won't feels the need to lecture someone in their own field of expertise, convinced of his own rightness when everyone else around the table knows he's wrong. Trump couldn't even keep the dates straight.

Vance jumps to Trump's defense as soon as Zelensky started correcting him on what actually happened. Seemed to be more interested in forming policy based on Zelensky's unwillingness to lick the boots of any dictator, American or Russian. Vance acted like a total snowflake, throwing a tantrum because he was offended by the way Zelensky was talking. Pathetic.

The days of the world respecting the US are well and truly gone. It was good when it lasted.
