Far -Right Groups have always been around just like Far-Left Groups have been. Trump is not responsible for it's rise like Obama is not responsible for BLM & Antifa. Harry Truman was a card carrying member of the KKK as was Robert Byrd & Al Gore's father but their policies or political did not reflect the KKKs views. When the vote for Civil Rights was cast more members of the Republican Party voted for it than did Democratic Party members. So everything isn't black & white "pardon the pun" in american politics muchlike everywhere else. Bidens ancestors owned slaves back in the day also.

And after the passage of the Civil Rights Act and Nixon's resulting Southern Strategy, the south, where all of those Democratic "Nos" came from, began a migration to the GOP.

Trump, at the very least, gave cover and encouragement to the far right. He demonized and dehumanized immigrants and Muslims. He couldn't even bring himself to unequivocally condemn the racist, murderous mob at Charlottesville. He took days to disavow the endorsement of David Duke. In a f**king presidential debate, a massive media event, he told the Proud Boys to "stand back and stand by". His whole political persona is that white christian Americans are under attack in their own country. Not a new idea in GOP politics for sure, but one given a burst of rocket fuel by Trump.

Trump did not demonize and dehumanize anyone ffs...He condemned both sides that were involved in the Charlottesville riot.He never said white christian whites were under attack. Now has Biden said anything racist?

How much more dehumanizing can you get then having a policy in place to rip tiny children out of their desperate parents arms and ship them across the country, only to lose hundreds of them in the system, all as a "deterrent ? Is that treating people as human beings with dignity? Do you have kids?

How much more demonizing can you get than labeling Mexican immigrants as rapists? Putting in a place a blanket ban on Muslims immigrating in your first week, many of whom had visas and work and families and were in flight? Claiming that a judge in one of your numerous court cases can't be professional because he's of Mexican descent?

There were no two sides at Charlottesville in terms of how Trump put it. One side was a bunch of f**king racist Nazis congregating to protest the removal of a confederate statue and to March through the town with tiki torches shouting "Jews will not replace us!", before then driving a muscle car through a crowd of counter-protesters, injuring many and murdering one. No moral equivalence whatsoever.

How about the launch of his political career with his racist campaign about Obama's birth cert? Who was that meant to appeal to?

Yeah, he had some problematic views on bussing in the 70s from a modern liberal perspective, and he's put his foot in his mouth, as he often does, on numerous occasions. Mostly well intentioned, but reflective of an oblivious white man who grew up at a certain time (a close family member, who doesn't have a prejudiced bone in their body, but who is of a similar age to Biden, once in a while does similar).

If you think his intentions and rhetoric and policies as president are racist or even somewhat prejudiced, go ahead and make your case.
