Like I said in November 2020 desantis will be the next president .
Bad night for the gop , with fetterman oz the worst of a lot of bad races .
Hopefully trump goes away now and let's Ron get to work
The calls to charge trump with a crime will go silent now as he is the democrats best chance in 2024 .
Watch the hit jobs come at Ron now from all angles .

1. There is NO Democrat who wants Trump to run. Some things are bigger than partisan politics. The man is a threat to democracy. That's all there is to it. And if the case is strong enough to prosecute him, then it should proceed.

2. The hit jobs apply to candidates of ALL parties, so stop whining (your party is the one who brought us Lee Atwater and his disciples and is about to launch umpteen investigations into Biden and his son under the man who torpedoed his own first attempt at becoming Speaker when he stupidly let it slip live on the news that all the Benghazi investigations were really about damaging Hillary). And DeSantis first has to win the nomination, which means it will be Trump and the rest of the GOP who will be digging initially. Remember Romney and vulture capitalism? That didn't come from the Obama campaign.
problem is Desantis is the best candidate by a mile on either side .

Senate is too close to call and the GOP will probably win the House by a thin margin.
Incumbents usually weaken in inflationary times but the GOP didn't do very well. I wonder what the interaction of the main factors eg economy, abortion, war is.

there is no interaction, no thought more like hatfields and McCoys

So much for the red wave. It was a weak ripple at best. Not a good night for the MAGAs.

Leaving policy aside, he is a very formidable and capable candidate.

Let's see if he has the balls and stomach to send Trump packing.

Because Trump will drag him into the gutter.

Spent the morning listening to the coverage

Some of the most important take always

Worst showing in a mid term in a generation (by the non incumbent party)

Abortion played a much bigger part in the election than people thought beforehand

Young voters showed up in droves for the Democrats

Independent who disapproved of Biden voted for the Democrats by slight margin. In prior cycles they would have voted Democratic by 40%

Election deniers got smoked

Complete idiots like Boebert and Palin strongly rejected

Gabriel_Hurl

Blaming Melania for picking Dr Oz  ;D

Mike the pillow guy says "they're stealing everything".

There's only so much you can say about "the woke" before people look at their lives and realise how little it's actually an issue and more something that has been created online . . . thing seem to be going back to normal with concessions and the like and no real serious people talking about stealing and fraud so hopefully we're seeing the end of that.

Trump looks goosed all we can hope for is he does enough damage to DeSantis.

Is there any serious opposition to Biden within the Democrats? While he has steadied the ship (in relative terms of course there has to be better in the White House) the WH could do with some new Democrat blood let's be honest!

As soon as Roe vs Wade was dismantled , women indicated that the mid terms were a target. And Senate Republicans who got the judges in.

flanked by fellow Democratic lawmakers, the Senate majority leader suggested there could also be a political opening for his party ahead of the 2022 midterm elections amid the outrage — and Republicans would pay a price. "The blame for this decision falls squarely on Senate Republicans, who spent years pushing extremist judges and justices while claiming this day would never come. But come it has," Schumer said. "They know they're on the wrong side of history and on the wrong side of the American people."

The confidence that Republicans will suffer a backlash if the Supreme Court and its conservative majority fully overturn Roe vs Wade is mainly based on public polling showing clear opposition to such a move.

See that statement by Trump if they win its down to him, if they lose its their own fault, what a p***k, so full of himself it's unreal. On another note don't know much about his politics outside the fact Trump got Walker to play in the breakaway football league years ago, but what a player Herscel Walker was.

The Republicans are like the dog that caught the car...now what?

Whether you agree with abortion or not, there are all types of unintended consequences of that SJC ruling

Certain medications are either banned completely or hard to get because they can also be used to trigger a miscarriage

Pregnancies like the Savita case are now proving very problematic for Obgyns in certain states

A 10 year old girl was prevented from terminating a pregnancy and had to cross state lines

It's a complete debacle
