As opposed to Harris:

''We have to stay woke. Like everybody needs to be woke. And you can talk about if you're the wokest or woker, but just stay more woke than less woke.''

''When we invest in clean energy and electric vehicles and reduce population, more of our children can breathe clean air and drink clean water.''

[on abortion] ''So I think it's very important, as you have heard from so many incredible leaders for us at every moment in time and certainly this one, to see the moment in time in which we exist and are present, and to be able to contextualize it, to understand where we exist in the history and in the moment as it relates not only to the past but the future.''

The United States shares a very important relationship, which is an alliance with the Republic of North Korea. And it is an alliance that is strong and enduring.

The Governor and I and we were all doing a tour of the library here and talking about the significance of the passage of time. Right? The significance of the passage of time. So, when you think about it, there is great significance to the passage of time in terms of what we need to do to lay these wires, what we need to do to create these jobs. And there is such great significance to the passage of time when we think about a day in the life of our children and what that means to the future of our nation, depending on whether or not they have the resources they need to achieve their God-given talent.

Ukraine is a country in Europe. It exists next to another country called Russia. Russia is a bigger country. Russia is a powerful country. Russia decided to invade a smaller country called Ukraine. So, basically, that's wrong, and it goes against everything that we stand for.

Day and night, what issue do you have with any of the above bar the absolute hypocrisy of the last paragraph?

On the other hand, Trump is a clown of the highest order who literally can't string a coherent sentence together, the fact that he's in with a good chance of being voted in again is really beyond belief.

He done a 3 hour interview with Joe Rogan I think he can string a sentence together just fine.

I hope your god loves you

Trump rally speaker: "And these Latinos, they love making babies too. Just know that. They do. They do. There's no pulling out. They don't do that. They come inside. Just like they did to our country."

Peurto Rico is a floating island of garbage apparently.

Note: I'm no fan of Trump

The circular responses and lack of international knowledge displayed by Harris is quite astounding!

weareros

Looks incredibly tight. From an Irish perspective, seems Trump is intent on taking back the corporation tax. Could be bad for economy if David Macwilliams article in IT to be believed.

On current state polling, Harris would win 276 to 262, but she has razor thin leads in Michigan, Wisconsin, Nevada and Pennsylvania. Trump would only need to flip one to win, but he has also razor thin leads in Georgia and North Carolina. On balance she needs more to go right, but on polling she has the slight lead.

Last time I was concerned that Trump would get in... now couldn't care less. Is like Tory-Labour in Britain two cheeks of the same arse. Both will continue to fund the murder of thousands of children and civilian adults in Palestine and Lebanon. A plague on both their houses US and UK... maggots.

RedHand88

Irish people who are concerned about who is leader of a country on a different continent when there are actual dictators in the world. I just don't get it.

My concern then was for world stability and minority groups as Trump is unhinged. But US is led by very dangerous people anyway currently funding and giving Zionist genocide a free rein.

My thoughts exactly. I f**king despise the Tories with every fibre of my being, but I hate Labour and that bastard Starmer even more. And don't get me started on our current proconsul, his father must be spinning in his grave.

Never heard of him before this, but it shows the type of movement MAGA is that they would vet these kinds of people, yet brazenly put them front and centre less than ten days before the election.

And Hinchcliffe wasn't the only one spewing such vile.

As for the black Florida congressman walking on stage to the tune of Dixie, words fail.
