Apple were full of $hit

What shit was it that you think Apple were full of?

An Israeli tech company was able to figure out how to unlock the phone for under $1M.

And how is that relevant to anything I have said

And I highly doubt the Israelis had to create a “master” key that potentially endangered every IPhone of that generation

Cellebrite claim that they can break into almost any iPhone

Apple said it couldn’t be done without rewriting the code that would in turn open up every single IPhone (of that model) to serious security risk. Obviously the Israelis didn’t have to rewrite the code....they figured out a work around in about a week

I can't work out if you are really clueless or are just pretending to be for trolling purposes.

Apple said no such thing about rewriting the code because the government never asked them to rewrite the code.

Here is the government request https://assets.documentcloud.org/documents/2714005/SB-Shooter-Order-Compelling-Apple-Asst-iPhone.pdf

And here is Apples response https://www.apple.com/customer-letter/

Apple objected to being forced to created a new version of the OS to be installed on the iPhone that would bypass existing security.

Thankfully those judges who ruled on this and other related cases sided with Apple.

Believe whatever you want

www.cnbc.com/amp/2016/03/29/apple-vs-fbi-all-you-need-to-know.html

“At the time, Apple chief executive Tim Cook called the order "chilling" and said that it would require writing new software that would be "a master key, capable of opening hundreds of millions of locks". Cook's argument was that if the FBI could access this iPhone, nothing would stop them from doing it to many others.”

I said “rewriting the code”. Tom Cook said it would require “writing new software”.

Again you’re splitting hairs in an effort to distract.

If Apple didn’t want to access the phone why couldn’t they figure out a work around. The Israelis were able to figure it out in short order. Apples claim that helping the FBI would lead to the creation of a a “master key, capable of opening hundreds of millions of locks" was flat out bull$hit

Good to see AOC cracking a few heads in Congress good on her!!

She's a crackhead alright. To hell with working. Just proof of who's pushing the welfare state.

Ocasio-Cortez's Green New Deal offers 'economic security' for those 'unwilling to work'

https://www.cnbc.com/2019/02/07/ocasio-cortezs-green-new-deal-offers-economic-security-for-those-unwilling-to-work.html

Not to mention her claim that the USA is native land and that latinos are descendents of these people so they have a right to be there.
That's the new reason for open borders.

I wonder is she from the same tribe as Elizabeth Warren?

I listen to everyone and while some of her ideas are completely idiotic some of the things she says makes sense.

That’s comment about providing economic security for those unwilling to work is going to be very problematic. I’d give her the benefit of the doubt and say she misspoke, but the Democrats need to get out in front of his very quickly

Interesting to see if the media shine a spotlight on those comments today

Edit: Seemingly she did not miss speak. Those words are in the policy document

Then she's got a little explaining to do.

Unless I'm of very limited imagination, I'm having a hard time seeing how one could justify a safety net for those "unwilling" to work.

I'll be shocked if that was supposed to be in there. Even the most utopian-minded, pie-in-they-sky socialist would have a hard justifying providing for someone who was idle and non-contributory by choice.

When I hear AOC talk I think that someone has inadvertently turned the TV over to "Keeping up with the Kardashians" and that they're talking about politics while getting their moustaches waxed.

I can't get enough of conservative reactions to AOC, most of which look like this:

Put "AOC meme" into a Google image search and you see a big litany of memes with fake quotes and stuff she never said. She's a boon for the fake news industry.

Poor Eamonnca1
This has been a very bad weeks for democrats. No wonder the betas have been in hiding.

If anything AOC blows minds with how downright dumb she actually is and how people are agreeing with her.

Cucks, Foxy. You're supposed to call us "beta cucks." If you're going to project your incel frustrations onto others, do try to use the correct alt-right language. It's not like getting laid is an option for you.

I like the idea if the green deal, but as it’s currently presented it’s a pile of nonsense

High speed trains is one example. Here in Boston they’ve been trying to extend the commuter rail on the one of the lines (existing track) for over a decade and still it’s been held up by objections. The estimated cost has gone from $935M to $3.2B

"Governor Northam has lost all moral authority and should resign immediately, Justin Fairfax is the leader Virginia needs now."

Joe Biden - Feb 2nd

He is indeed. PMSL. Boy the Democrats have been quiet this week - they know they've taken a hiding.
From Virginia to Trump's mega-SOTU to Occasio-Idiots cow flatulence ban. Democrats want to turn everyone into soyboys.
