Mohamed Salah has apologised to his Liverpool team-mates for the impact of his explosive interview where he turned on Arne Slot and the club.

Salah, 33, is currently on international duty with Egypt at the Africa Cup of Nations and before departing for the tournament in Morocco addressed the squad after the bombshell claim he had been "thrown under the bus" by the club.

Liverpool showed how not to play against 9 men!

A lot of roughhouse tactics from Spurs.  I was surprised Slot didn't mention this in his interviews.  Isak gets a broken leg with a scissors tackle. Kerkez gets cleaned along the sidelined with a late hit. VVD gets raked down his calf, with the ball nowhere in sight.  Richarlson grabs Entike around the neck. Romero flicks a kick at Konate.  Surprised by Thomas Frank and his comments after feeling hard done by. I don't watch much of Spurs but going by Saturday there's serious indiscipline in the side.
