Liverpool don't win a football match and predictably the trolls come out. Boring stuff really.
Any club/manager/player/fan would give their right nut to be in Liverpools position right now, particularly those in the bottom half of the table in February, closer to relegation the top.

Quote from: gallsman on February 12, 2025, 09:47:25 PMWas definitely a foul on Konate but Liverpool had several chances to clear it.

Doucoure acting the walt but Jones the bigger eejit for reacting.

There's always jostling and pushing in the box. I'd be upset if a call like that went against Liverpool.
Yeah I didn't see much in it.
More annoying is the free that was given for their first goal, it was never a free in the first place.
Anyway there is another derby at the start of April....

7 points clear instead of 9. Tough 4 games but a win against wolves would be a great restart. Draw probably a fair result though still gutting.

6 home games a piece between us and Arsenal before they come to Anfield. Hard to know how things will go but one game at a time,  win all home games and you have to be confident

The Everton game was always going to be extremely tough given they are well improved under new management and the emotion attached to last game at Goodison.  It was a point more than Liverpool got there last year.

Hopefully the same distance between sides when that fixture comes around.  1989 is in the back of my mind given how close game is to end of season.

At least they got to rest the players against Plymouth to help with that run in...

Did he tell them to run over and scream at the WBA fans that day?

In his head it's the same thing, I'd just leave it tbh 😂😂

Quote from: north_antrim_hound on February 13, 2025, 06:53:56 AMEverton delighted with a draw says it all. Liverpool has to blame them selves. Some teams are gonna try and drag it down to there level and beat you (or draw) on experience. Should have concentrated on the football as a one goal lead is always dangerous.
That would have to be the most celebrated draw ever in the Premiership.
I'm not sure who Liverpool were playing when Alisson got the header to get them Champion's League football the next year  but I can't remember the celebrations being quite that big.
