At least Mo will be fresh for the new season

Ya reckon? He looks like he’s holding back, I thought he’d be fine but knowing that type injury well from personal experience he probably came back too soon, understandable but his pay masters wouldn’t be too pleased

Yeah - I'm a f**king doctor

A f**king doctor? Good for you, are you a f**king doctor who’s had this injury?  I’ve had it numerous times and I’m not a f**king doctor.. first time my arm was wrapped up for four weeks, no game games for at least 3 weeks.. I never had surgery so if could be quicker, but a f**king doctor would know!

BTW what dies a f**king doctor specialise in?
Anything I post is not the view of the County Board!! Nobody died in the making of this post ;-)

Fair play to ya Dr. Gabriel. How did you manage to avoid developing a God complex?

https://metro.co.uk/2018/06/21/emre-can-left-liverpool-disagreement-jurgen-klopp-position-midfield-7648990/

Emre Can reportedly did not leave Liverpool because of a wage dispute, but because the midfielder disagreed with Jurgen Klopp about his best position in the side...

Klopp wanted Can to stay, but is not distraught to see him go after a season of disagreement between the pair and the club were comfortable allowing the star to walk without a fight...

There is no personal issue between Klopp and Can, but they could not agree on what position he was best suited to. Can wanted to play as a midfield anchor and believed he should compete with captain Jordan Henderson for that position. But, Klopp preferred to deploy Can further forward as a No.8, which would put the midfielder in direct competition with Georginio Wijnaldum, Naby Keita and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain. Can craved a No.6 role and has departed Liverpool convinced Juventus will agree to play him in his preferred position...

I would expect to see alot more players letting contract run down now seeing them numbers.  His agent played a blinder getting that kind of money.  Was there any other club even interested?

Would’ve thought there’d be loads after him but only ever heard Juve’s name mentioned and that’s going back a good 9 months

He had the privilege of having his pick because every halfways big club would be willing to overpay him on wages because he was available on a free. It doesn’t mean he would be interested in them, though. So it ended up being about which big club could offer him the role he wanted, which is exactly what the article above says. Juve obviously did the leg work six plus months ago to get him as good as tied up as you could in the circumstances.

And he still couldn't make the Germany squad?

Good but inconsistent.
