The reason the 2 of them are getting so many injuries is because they are being rushed back too quick. Not getting the proper recovery time is bringing on new injuries or aggravating the last one. Liverpool are a bottom half team without them so they are being played if only half fit.

Behave. No logic in that statement, all hearsay. If we didn't have them we'd have replacements. I'd never say United wouldn't have won the league last year without Rooney or Ronaldo, many do. Whats the point in saying that? They did have them, just looking for comfort.

Steven Gerrard has been the heartbeat of this liverpool team for 10 years or so now, but this season he has the look of a man that want's to be somewhere else! he'll be 30 in May & maybe feels he has given enough to the pool Cause? don't be surprised if he joins City or Chelsea in the summer

By your thinking, he's near finished. Why would City or Chelsea want him?

City did sign a 34 yr old vierra & were also looking for 35 yr old Veron & Didn't Gerrard almost sign for chelsea few years ago

i know he had his injuries but how many good games has Steven performed to the standard that all Liverpool fans knows he can this season?

Few, and all the more reason why other clubs shouldn't be interested in him. Feck off other clubs.

This talk of him wanting out is nonsense, few captains would travel down with the squad to Stoke when injured and send time in dressing room and tunnel before the game if they where looking out. Against Birmingham he busted himself when he really shouldn't even have been playing.

Nothing surprises me in football but I can't see him leaving of his own doing.

Shit hitting the fan down liverpool way, apparently SG has been suspended by the club for falling out with a coach, he wasnt injured the last day he had a row with the bosses cousin allegedly.

Sammy Lee involved as well. What the feck is going on at Anfield?

What a load of shite.
He travelled to an away ground to watch the team play and was in the dressing room before the game. Doesn't really sound like a player who's had a bust up with the management.

You'd want to watch out for rumours stew. Liverpool is a crazy place for rumours. 90% of them untrue.

The Jones story has been doing the rounds all week. A poster on a sunderland forum with past results in getting transfer scoops, said Liverpool had a 10m offer on table and Sunderland where considering. This was yesterday.

Can't see it myself with no money in the pot unless twitterman can be offloaded.

Shaping up for a big night in Anfield, been built up as a European night to get a big atmosphere in ground. Once again (and not for last time), massive three points at stake. Efforts been made to get all the flags, banners and supporters down to the shankley gates for 6pm to give the arriving teams a bit of a "reception".

Have to feel for the Irish reds travelling to this game or trying to. First game lost to the frost and alot stranded today with the Air Traffice controllers strike at Dublin airport.

There you are now; everything's ok - it was only a blip and the team is playing with passion. Our leader has spoken.

How many matches has this clown actually watched  >:( 5 wins out of 17 is way more than a feckin blip! The less he says the better cause he knows feck all about soccer.

Gillet is trying to sell his investment, he's hoping someone who knows even less than him will read his comments and give him a wedge to go away.
