Long shot to get anything out of this now
First VAR offside I've seen where lines weren't drawn on the pitch. The decision seemed to be made very quickly also.
NEUTRAL
ALSO NOT FROM LAOIS!

United had one in the Arsenal game which looked tight where they didn't show the lines.

Diaz looked definitely on though from the tv angle.

Liverpool can't get anyone on the ball the last five minutes. Constantly getting turned over when trying to play out. Can't see them holding out if it continues.

Thought you were a United fan, no comment on United's loss today?

Thought wrong. Unlike some of you lads on here I don't have the time or patience to support a team across the water. I do like to see the blue half of Manchester beaten a soulless club.

No bother! ;D
Stupid from Jota but his first yellow didn't look like a foul at all.

Tottenham have no attacking threat to win with Son gone off. Richarlison is brutal.

Tough on Liverpool that. Some very strange decisions went against them today.

Lack of displine cost Liverpool tonight and Matip scoring the winner for Tottenham in the sixth minute of added time, Manchester City most thankful they did.

Plenty of balls in that team once again. Look how Spurs are celebrating.

Great to see that effort from Liverpool after last season's lows.

Lots to be positive about.

jcpen

Spurs celebrating like they have won a trophy. They should be embarrassed with themselves that it took an own goal to beat 9 men.

What a day of results.

Liverpool can go top this evening which means we will of course lose to Spurs

The prophet hath spoken!

2 games in a row scoring a winner in Fergie time isn't very Spursy

Spurs well off the hook there. Celebrating like they won the league

Officials have a lot to answer for. The quality of refereeing has deteriorated over the last few years. With VAR there the safety nets are there. They make the percentage decisions instead of trying to get the correct call in real time.

Jones red card harsh but understandable.
Diaz goal clearly onside. Was it even checked?
Jota first yellow not a yellow as player running and clipped his knee with his leg. But silly on the second one when he knows he's on a yellow.
Felt sorry for Matip. He was excellent all game.
Liverpool will take more from the game than Spurs will. Really enjoyable team to watch.
Liverpool 2.0. Never a dull moment.
