That f*cking line is older than the hills. Older than Johnny even. I knew he was going to say it, and I cringed before he did because it's so embarassing looking at him becoming a parody of himself.

As for the game itself, sometimes you hold up your hands and say 'Well done'. So well done Chelsea. They were fantastic. The fact that Liverpool were poor on the night doesn't take away from that. Not many teams come to Anfield and win 3-1, especially after getting a body blow early on.

Having said that, Liverpool could well be better in the second leg, and Chelsea will be hard pressed to be as good again. They are red hot favourites, but an early goal and you never know.

Still, better side by a mile won tonight, so no arguments.

I take it you dont watch UTV? If you did you would have seen Sir Alex being interviewed at half and full time last night. He does not speak to the BBC because they tried to slur his son with innuendo and no facts to back it up. How do you get on with people who slag off your family in public?

Ronaldo is WPOTY based on his performances of last year, obviously he's not hit the same heights this season. Messi is clearly miles ahead of anyone else at the minute, no point in comparing him to Ronaldo, Gerrard, Torres etc, noone comes close.
