It is that time of year when players switch clubs for a variety of reasons. Probably more moving this year because of the economic situation. Any interesting transfers in your area?

Seems to be a bit of a slow down in Dublin at the moment, not much coming in.
Mightn't be a bad thing! ;)

A definite sign of the credit crunch, open cheque book is no longer there

Anybody left for another club themselves?  I've been playing reserve for last few years but because of the current climate can't really afford to be travelling home on fri nights for the sake of a training sessions! At least if with club close to where I'm working I can make all/most of the training sessions and push for senior.

Only  5 transfers so far this this month but interesting to see that 3 of them are to foreign soil.
