Christ her accent would rot cement! She got pissed at Tubridy for saying she had an LA twang!

Anything would be better than that horrible Nordie accent she has
Even us "Nordies" recognise it as a terrible accent. I think it has actually got worse.

A bit off topic, but does anyone here listen to Cool FM?  Has anybody ever heard the newsreader with a name along the lines of Maneer Abdella?  I honestly don't know how the man got a job where his strong point is meant to be his voice, unbelievable.

I was tipping at a girl from Mayo, and she used to text 'shleep' ...... drove me nuts!!!

Accents change even in the space of a couple of miles... In the town I live in, 5 miles north is very differen to 5 miles south

Ya I always found when a group of Connacht folk where socialising in Dublin or if a West of the Shannon person got slagged off by the locals for being from the West, they Connacht folk always hammed up the Whest, shlaps, cuntishh, horshebox etc. as a type of you would be lucky to be from the WHHHHHHHHHesssssstttt ya simpleton.

The real Mayo thing is to put an sh after a t . Like "rightsh"  which is basically the same as "rice".
