Id have said any team outside the top 6 would have, that leaves most clubs... well taken penalty and cracking goal last week, hes in fine form for a midfielder

isn't bitterness wonderful?

it was a good defensive performance apart from Martina (everyone knows he's poor)

Martina is worse than shte. Williams has started to play a bit better, but Seamus, Baines and Funes Mori can't get fit soon enough from a defensive perspective.

Good point won away from home yesterday and with Newcastle and Swansea up next, a chance to climb a bit further up the table.

Not sure about Sam on the purse strings in January, you could see Kevin Nolan and Feckin Andy Carroll walk through the gates.....

Whatever anyone thinks of big sam you can't deny he knows how to get the defensive side of the game sorted out. Only 1 goal conceded in 4 games after we were shipping goals for fun before he arrived.
4 points from 2 away games is a good return. Onwards and upwards.

By all accounts williams, who has been woeful this year, looks like a new player.

Big Sam is doing well but I can't understand why Everton didn't go for Dyche ahead of him. At some stage the locals will get restless with Allardyce and his football and the cycle begins again.
