Anyone see Bryansford and St Galls game - apparently we had it in the bag until a late goal won it as well as the ref not being kind to us.
Apparently glenullin had a mighty lash at their odds on sat morning and reduced them from 16 to 8/1?

T O Hare

just looked at the results there now, there seemed to be a poorer standard of teams in it this year than previous... why are Down teams so good at it?

i wonder how the Bridge would fair t it with a bit a sevens coaching???

Aye, saw the Galls V Bryansford game. The Ford were 8 points to 4 up with three minutes left, but amazingly St Galls clawed their way back into it, and won 9 - 8. Definitely a close call for eventual winners.  Bryansford definitely one of the top teams on view, and if they had held on here they could have gone the whole way. those two plus Glenullin the best teams in it.

Longstone put up a decent effort considering one poster pointed out that they had five missing from last years winning side!

Glenullin were flying at the sevens.  They have been using www.gaaststs.com for the whole of the past season.

Afraid not my friend. They have been using it all season!  Glenullin were present at the sevens because they were beaten in the semi final of the Derry football championship by Slaughtneil - who ALSO have been using www.gaastats.com this season.

Nope Screen weren't using it anyway! Martin McConnell's wife and a sheet of paper is as good with the stats as any newfangled PDA POS (Piece of shit) jobbie!

So what you are saying is that when two teams, each using www.gaastats.com meet in a game - one of them invariably loses?

No, you just don't get it - the first game is a draw and the replay results in a one point defeat for the side who haven't yet uploaded all the tweaks available to the software - it must be said 2 of the finest games of club football seen in derry this year.
