Yes, I know where it is now

You a local stevo?

I am indeed lucky enough to hail from sligo. although not from the town.
Lucky on both counts then. ;D

Shenanigans was the favoured haunt in the college days, changed a lot now, looks grand and will surely get a better crowd than what was there at weekends in olden times. Do venture to McHughs or the Belfry usually, either Toffs or Velvet after that. The crowd in Velvet has been older and indeed many were uppity in every sense, but it's improving with time, while Toffs takes in some of the Envy crowd trying to better themselves, bit like the townies moving out to Coolaney, and dragging the place down. I assume Velvet would be the best option.

Garavogue is no loss, had a strange clientele. Tommy Connolly's for pints isn't too bad alright, even if it's very old-looking inside and out, decent if the group isn't too big and they mind their own business. Fiddlers? Grand spot, great people. :P Glasshouse is hard to know, looks good but only been in it the once. Where's McLoughlins Stevo? Know it but can't think of where it is.

McLaughlin's is in Market Street, as far as i remember  ;D
