Sore Knee

I had the same problem Down Girl with my knee a few years back and it turned out to be chronic tendonitis in my patella. It always got sore during driving lessons and after training sessions. Had to wear a patella brace on my knee during training and games. Problem went away and hasnt returned after getting an injection in my knee. Probably best if you get a private physio session.
