When a player is suspended from our games is he/she allowed to be inside the wire(dugout) whilst a game is being played.
If not is there a course for action against his/her club or should it be notified to the referee off the match at the time.

In theory, he shouldn't be allowed inside the wire but since he didn't participate in the game I'd doubt whether you'd have any recourse against the opposition. Your best bet is telling the referee at the time.
